I assist my clients in the expansion of their activities, the prevention, and resolution of their disputes. 

Holding an L.L.M from Bond University in Australia in international business law and the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA), my career has spanned over 15 years across Europe, Africa, Switzerland, Latin America, and the Pacific. Through various experiences and amazing professional encounters, I have been led to enrich my practice as a legal counsel, a lawyer and a mediator to support businesses in the most sophisticated strategies in France and internationally. 

Specialized in business law and compliance, I have worked on implementing internal anti-corruption policies, international sanctions, and the application of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria for numerous international groups. These areas of law are continually expanding and require an excellent understanding of the complex and multifaceted risks. 

As a dispute management expert, I have initiated litigation procedures in multiple jurisdictions. Convinced that another approach is often possible, I have been trained in mediation and negotiation since 2019. These techniques now appear to me as essential assets of an expanded legal expertise.
